Forum update and new BBCode

Hi all,
The forum has been updated to the latest version, and we installed a new extension called Media Embed Plugin.
With this extension you can embed most audio and video content on the forum using the media bbcode.
See the image beneath for a list of all sites you can embed in your posts.
